We need a Windows 7 application to download automatically press releases from the web.

The app must download all english press releases from businesswire.com, released on 11 May 2012. The releases are located at http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20120511006123/en .

The releases must be saved in SHTML files and the filename must be the same as the release title. The release must be extracted clean from the webpage, beginning with the date and ending with the contacts. All hyperlinks, header & footers, left column from the original webpage must be eliminated at extraction. Also, the green textbox with green bold text from the right must be eliminated. The release must keep only the original text with the original formatting.

The reference '(BUSINESS WIRE)' from the first paragraph must be eliminated.

The date above the title should only include the MONTH DAY, YEAR – all other details must be eliminated ('07:19 PM Eastern Daylight Time').
